Since 2017, Legalist’s litigation funds have focused on using technology to invest in meritorious litigation claims to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns. These investments are uncorrelated from broader market movements.
Litigation finance is a non-recourse investment where recovery is contingent on the success of the underlying litigation. Our funds focus on moderate duration commercial claims sourced using our proprietary investment technology.
