Michael Kaupa joined Legalist as Investment Counsel in June 2026. He underwrites potential investments in the Company’s Litigation Finance strategy. Prior to joining Legalist, Michael was a litigator in private practice, including at Mayer Brown and Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Boston College Law School.
