Michael Byrnes joined Legalist as Transactions Counsel in 2025. Prior to joining Legalist, Michael worked as an associate attorney at Holland & Knight, handling securities-backed and other complex lending transactions for banks and broker-dealers.
Michael graduated from William & Mary Law School and did his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame.
