John Witchel is an advisor to Legalist and is the former president of web development firm Xcom and co-founder of peer-to-peer lending marketplace Prosper, which has raised $350 million in funding at a valuation of more than $1.9 billion. John has led technical teams for more than 20 years and is currently the President/COO of GitPrime.
