Jake Yocum is a Vice President on Legalist’s investment team. Prior to joining Legalist in 2026, Jake spent three years at Novastone Capital Advisors, where he led transactions across the industrial and business services sectors. Previously, he was an analyst at a single-family office, covering both private and public investment portfolios.
Jake is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago.
