Joshua Galaway is Managing Director of Bankruptcy and Workouts at Legalist. He joined Legalist in 2026 with 15 years of experience across special situations, alternative credit, and structured finance, including investment roles at PIMCO, Obra Capital, and Axiom Asset Advisors.
Joshua is a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business and St. Edward’s University, and he was previously a submariner in the U.S. Navy.
