Welcome to the digital interactive version of the program presented at the Forum's Fall Meeting held October 25 and 26, 2007 in Newport, Rhode Island. If you are viewing this on a CD, you will be able to access all of the papers presented at the program, as well as the appendices and the complete slide presentations used by the speakers. Also included is an electronic construction law library index. If you have an internet connection, you can use the CD to link to the Web Site created in connection with the program. The Web Site is interactive (the papers contain HTML citations) and can literally link you to the speakers, their firms and the Forum. Practitioners will find particularly helpful the elibrary, with links to several free sites where you can obtain cases, statutes, articles and more related to construction law. Lastly, there are links to a number of other free Web Sites you will find useful and informative.
At the Forum's 2007 Fall Meeting, we set sail in beautiful Rhode Island and navigated the stormy waters encountered in managing the risks of a construction project.
